Dani Pérez is one of the most renowned saxophonists on the state scene in the field of Jump Blues, Rock & Roll, Rhythm & Blues and Boogie-Woogie. His musical learning began with the influence of the saxophonists of the 1940s in the wake of Illinois Jacquet and the "honker" tradition. His resume and presence at venues and festivals are endless and he is known for a powerful live show that has made him a local talent who distills a relentless unsweetened Rhythm & Blues.
