Matt Ingeneri is a Jazz guitarist based in New Delhi who plays in the Hard Bop style of Wes Montgomery, Kenny Burrell, and early George Benson. Matt has also performed in New York, Washington DC, Boston, China, Southeast Asia, and Africa. He has appeared at the DC Jazz Festival, Boston Arts Festival, China’s West Meets East Festival, and the JazzKif, Ca Swing a Kin, and Concerts in the Park festivals in Africa. Reuben Narain started playing drums at the age of 15 in his school band at DPS R.K Puram. Besides studying with private instructors from an early age, he studied jazz drums formally at the prestigious Drummers Collective in New York and went on to pursue a bachelors in music at the Berklee College Of Music. In his career he has performed with many bands, covering an array of musical genres. Reuben is also an active teacher. He has been teaching music theory and drum set at The Performers Collective for the last seven years. He currently holds the designation of Head- Academics and Facilities at the school. The ever-evolving Shonai enjoys his musical life as a performer, educator, composer and arranger. Born in a musicians’ family in Kolkata Shonai had got introduced to various genres of music during his childhood. He started his training with learning Tabla and then moved to Piano in 1996. He has done Grade 6 in Classical Music in Piano from the Associated Board of Royal School of Music and Grade 8 in Jazz Piano from London College of Music.
