Konx Om Pax is an enigmatic phrase associated to the occult and name of a book of the best known writer of this movement, the British Alesteir Crowley.

It is also the alias of Tom Scholefield although its music is not enigmatic and dark at all but, rather the contrary, it is quite vibrant and, within the framework of the Eufònic Urbà -Festival dedicated to avant-garde and electronic music-, of the most oriented to dance that anyone will listen to.

Most of the public that filled the night of Saturday, February 2, the Cloister of Arts Santa Mónica, at the end of La Rambla of Barcelona, young, fashionable and very international, listening to his music sitting or, directly, face up, looking at the 'visuals' of psychedelic colors like someone watching a movie.

The fact is that on both sides of the cloister two young people got up and began to dance surreptitiously to the music of Konx-om-Pax. I would like to say that this caused a final electric shock that lifted the whole world from the ground or a domino effect and that the dull afternoon suddenly became a party, in a nightclub. But no. I do not know if out of laziness or embarrassment who else moved was just rhythmically hitting the leg with the hand or foot against the ground. A pity, it was quite evident that the music called the dance, not to look at the smartphone.
