Schedule of Arenal Sound Music Festival 2017: from Martin Garrix, Jake Bugg or Sidonie to Las Bistecs, Nancys Rubias or Dulceida

The town of Burriana (Valencia, Spain) hosts from Tuesday 1 to Sunday 6 August the most massive music festival in Spain - and also one of the longest - with about 60,000 attendees each day that could exceed 300,000 during the whole week. It is also probably the only festival in Spain with it’s 'own beach', yes, the Arenal has a beachside stage.

The bill is very heterodox international and spanish acts, some of them indie pop&rock, others a bit weird: Amaral, Martin Garrix, Miss Caffeina, Leon Benavente, Sidonie, C. Tangana, Jake Bugg, Las Bistecs, Bastille or Ramon Mirabet and also other characters like Dulceida.

It should be noted that the camping sites are sold out so the attendees will have to look for accommodation in pensions, hotels or tourist apartments.

Economically, the Arenal Sound is a powerful instrument that reports about 6.5 million euros to Burriana - some 40 million in total - and generating 3,800 direct and indirect jobs.

The security device has been expanded, as in other festivals like the FIB, and there will be a multitude of controls more exhaustive than usual, limiting the circulation of vehicles in some points and the new application for mobile AlertCorps that allows to send a geo-alert of a Crime to which images and video can be added.
