Bruce Springsteen & E Street Band will not tour the UK the 2019

A phrase from an interview with Bruce Springsteen of the newspaper 'The Times', "getting back to his day job next year", has caused many newspapers to announce a new tour of The Boss with the E Street Band in the United Kingdom in 2019 .

In a message on his profile on Twitter, Bruce Springsteen has assured that the E Street Band will not go on tour next year although its members will do concerts with their own projects and he will focus on his recordings.

Currently The Boss is doing a 'solo' show on Broadway with all sold out called 'Springsteen on Broadway'. The concert has been recorded by NetFlix and will be broadcast on December 16, it will also be published on a live album. After this series of shows, The Boss will take a break.

His next album will be similar to a 'solo' album, close to one of a singer-songwriter, according to 'The Times'. The last disc recorded by Bruce Springsteen has been 'High Hopes' (2014).
