The trapper Cecilio G, in prison, according to 'El Periódico'

Cecilio G (trap, rap, punk ...) would have entered prison on August 6 for a crime of threats as published by the newspaper 'El Periódico'. The facts would have occurred in 2015 and, being Cecilio G a case of robbery with force, he has been sentenced to one year and two months in prison.

Cecilio G had disappeared from the scene and would have fallen into a spiral of problems in recent times, however, he had managed to raise and he could be seen performing at the Cara • B Festival, collaborating live with Damed Squad, at Fabra i Coats last February.

His latest published work is a mixtape 'Mad Max Power' with Enry-K or a punk record. At the moment, Cecilio G was centered in the music and this entrance in prison surely will not favor to its recovery and its stability.

According to 'El Periódico', the defense would not have presented the psychiatric reports that would have sent Cecilio G to a psychiatric hospital and not to jail, according to the artist's representative. The person in charge of his defense would have leaved him and did not appeal the judgment. In 2015, he had stopped taking his medication voluntarily.

Now it is intended to present evidence that show the deficiencies of his defense.

Cecilio G has cancelled his tour of Argentina. He is one of the most beloved artists on the scene, both by the public and by colleagues.
