Altaveu Festival 2019: Wilco Johnson, John Paul Keith, Delgres...

The Altaveu Festival, organized by the City Council of Sant Boi de Llobregat –near Barcelona (Spain)-, has announced the line up of its 31st edition to be held from September 6 to 8 in the town of Baix Llobregat. It highlights the presence of international artist Wilco Johnson - the guitarist of Doctor Feelgood -, the female rock band The Mani•las - Maika Makovski, Mariana Pérez and Olaia Bloom -, the mythical Los Deltonos, Javier Bergia - a curious artist who is also guitarist of Ismael Serrano-, Enric Montefusco -presenting 'Diagonal'-, John Paul Keith -rock, blues, soul ...-, Marem Ladson and Elena Setién ... And best of all is that the vast majority of concerts, except those held in Cal Ninyo, are for free.

During the festival there will be music documentary at the Cinemas of Can Castellet, such as 'The Ecstasy of Wilco Johnson' or 'Janis: little girl in blue', a record and musical book fair and a talk on women's music from Sant Boi (13h from 07/09/19, on the Rambla Rafael Casanovas, with Núria Botia -Basist of Trau-, Maria Martí -vocalist at Maria Martí-, Olalla Wallin -violist Chet- and Mònica Fernández -vocalista de Deskartats - or about the trap music style called Trapología (13h from 08/09/19, on the Rambla Rafael Casanovas).
