Manel will open the Tomavistas Festival 2017 of Madrid

The Tomavistas music festival, from 19 to 21 May in Tierno Galván Park in Madrid, will open its next edition with the catalonian band Manel. However, Manel will not perform in the Festival Tomavistas Ciudad 2017 itself, they will act at the presentation party of the event to be held at the club Ochoymedio in Madrid on 29 March.

In the festival, the indie groups will be dominating and will also perform spanish bands Lori Meyers, Leon Benavente, The New Raemon & McEnroe, Los Punsetes, Delorean, Kokoshca, Los Nastys, Egon Soda, Polock, Enric Montefusco, C. Tangana, Baywaves, Cala Vento, Alien Tango, Las Odio, L.A., Atención Tsunami...

Among the international groups are Hercules & Love Affaire -led by Andy Butler-, Aquaserge -project of Tame Impala drummer-, Jeremy Jay -now with Primavera Sound record label- Costa Rica group Las Robertas or the American group Triptides.

There will also be two groups selected by GIGMIT, Her Little Donkey and Holy Bouncer, among 400 emerging proposals. Artists in Ruta (AIE) has also selected a couple of groups for the festival: Quentin Gas & Los Zíngaros and Rural Zombies.
