Primavera Sound will not take place in 2020

Barcelona’s Primavera Sound has announced, through a statement, that it will not finally be held in 2020 and will not return until 2021 due to uncertainties arising from the health consequences of the global pandemic caused by the coronavirus. The new dates for Primavera Sound are from June 2 to 6, 2021.

According to the organization of the event, the health and well-being of the public and the people involved in the festival come first. It also ensures that PS20 tickets will be valid for PS21 and that those who choose to keep it will receive special benefits to reward their loyalty.

The refund will be possible from June 3, the day on which the first artists of the 2021 edition will also be announced. The 2021 edition will continue to be the 20th anniversary edition.
