Anderson .Paak, Bruno Mars next shows guest artist, will also perform at Sónar 2017

The Sónar festival continues to confirm artists for its next edition until reaching the milestone of the 130, the total of performances that will be distributed by the eight stages of the macrofestival of electronic music in Barcelona -Sónar by Day- and L'Hospitalet de Llobregat -Sónar by Night - from 15 to 17th June 2017.

The Barcelona's festival has announced 40 new additions including the European premiere of the new project of Carl Craig in which will participate the pianist Francesco Tristano.

Another renowned artist is Anderson .Paak, a new value of black music, who will perform with his band The Free Nationals featuring 'Malibu'. Anderson will perform in Spain two months before Sónar, in early April, in Barcelona and Madrid as a guest artist at Bruno Mars concerts -completely sold-out-. Although Sónar is basically an electronic music festival, it programs also artists of black music in each edition like Janelle Monáe or Chic of Nile Rodgers among others.

Other concerts that the Sónar attendant should not miss are those of composer Nico Muhly, the ever-striking Arca with the visuals of Jesse Kanda - who has previously performed at Sónar -, Evian Christ, Clark, Vitalic or Little Dragon.

There will perform as well-known djs as Seth Troxler & Tiga in a six-hour set set on Saturday night on the SonarCar circular sound stage and others such as Jon Hopkins, Daphni & Hunee or Prins Thomas.

The rest of the performances will be Soulwax - Dewaele brothers band, also in 2manydj's-, DJ Shadow -after six years without publishing-, Suzanne Ciani, Giggs, Valgeir Sigurdsson, Marcel Dettmann & Rubinstein, Roosevelt, Benji B, HVOB, Optimo, RP Boo, AJ Tracey, Lunice, Marco Carola, T Q D, Christian Tiger School, Heidi, Julian Mayorga, Lena Willkens, Marie Davidson, Overmono, Pan Daijing, River Tiber, Beautiful Swimmers and Ylia.

The festival already announced the incorporation to the event of artist sucha as Justice, Nicolas Jaar, Moderat, Eric Prydz, De La Soul, Nina Kraviz, Nosaj Thing & Daito Manabe...
