Primavera Sound will take place in summer

Barcelona’s Primavera Sound has announced that it is postponing the dates for its 20th edition. The macrofestival had to take place from June 3 to 7 and now is changed to the period from August 26 to 30, in the same area of ​​the Parc del Fòrum of Sant Adrià del Besòs. Consequently, the Primavera (Spring) will take place in the middle of the summer due to the restrictions of holding public events due to the coronavirus pandemic.

A decision made in conjunction with the Barcelona City Council and the Generalitat de Catalunya and that had names confirmed on their poster such as those of Lana del Rey, Massive Attack, Bad Bunny, The National or The Strokes among others.

The tickets purchased will continue to be valid for the new dates of the great Barcelona music festival. In addition, the organization has assured that it will shortly offer information about the NOS Primavera Sound that is held in the Portuguese city of Porto.
