Tori Sparks & Calamento, at Mozart street during the Gracia's Fiesta Mayor

Tori Sparks, American singer who lives in Barcelona, the Calamento group (Xavi García -percussion-, Pepe Camacho -Spanish guitar- and Ramon Vaguè -bass-) and the electric guitar of El Rubio (Color Humano, Lenacay ...) offered avaried concert in Mozart street on Thursday August 20th during the celebration of the Festival of Gracia 2,015.

With a decorated street honoring the world of painting and art, Sparks sang blues and, with his peculiar vision of flamenco, bulerías in English or say, to the rhythm of country, the verses of Federico Garcia Lorca 'Verde que te quiero verde'.

Interestingly, it was only two days of the 79th anniversary of the murder of the Andalusian poet in the hands of the national side during the Spanish Civil War. Besides, the concert was in its background a Gioconda and a reproduction of Picasso's Guernica, showing also the horror of that war.
