ZZ Top will headline the Rock Fest BCN

The Rock Fest BCN has announced the second round of confirmations for the 2019 edition. The hard rock and heavy metal festival will be held from July 4 to 7 in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, near Barcelona and accessible by subway.

Among the confirmed groups stand out the American ZZ Top, legendary rock group, who will be headlining the festival on Friday, July 5. The bearded Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard will be one of the great attractions of the Rock Fest BCN 2019.

More groups have also been announced such as Children of Bodom, Hammerfall, Michael Monroe, Dee Snider (plays every year), Helix, Napalm Death, Angelus Apatrida, Ankhara and Deldrac / Legion.

Legion, headed by Quimi Montañés, was one of the leading groups of thrash metal in Spain at the beginning of the '90s with albums like 'Lethal Liberty 'and 'Mind Training'. Now Quimi is in charge of Deldrac with singer Eric Moya, bassist David Saavedra and drummer Mark Striker. They will make a special set dedicated to Legion. Undoubtedly one of the highlights of the festival.

Previously it has been confirmed the presence of Def Leppard, headliners of Sunday July 7, Therion, Testament, Demons & Wizards...

The day tickets for Friday 5 and Sunday 7 July have already gone on sale.
