Lagos is a Latin pop band formed by Venezuelan musicians Luis Jiménez and Agustín Zubillaga, known for their captivating blend of pop, urban rhythms, and romantic lyrics. Originating as successful solo songwriters and producers, both artists had established their careers individually before joining forces in 2019 to create Lagos. Their unique sound fuses catchy melodies with heartfelt narratives, resonating with fans across Latin America and beyond.
Luis Jiménez, formerly part of the Venezuelan pop-rock band Los Mesoneros, brings his polished vocals and knack for pop-rock sensibilities to the duo. Agustín Zubillaga, also known as Mr. A On The Beat, is a highly respected songwriter and producer, having collaborated with major Latin artists like Sebastián Yatra, Morat, and Karol G. Together, they set out to craft music that not only reflects their personal experiences but also speaks to universal themes of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery.
