Eufònic Festival 2026 Celebrates 15 Years of Audiovisual Exploration

Nexcyia, Alba G. Corral and Mehmet Aslan lead a landmark edition in the Delta de l’Ebre

🗞️ Published: 18 April 2026 · Updated: 18 April 2026

The Eufònic Festival returns in 2026 with a special edition marking 15 years of experimentation at the intersection of music, visual arts and digital performance. Taking place from July 16 to 18, with activities spread across Amposta, Tortosa and other locations in the Delta de l’Ebre (Catalunya), the festival once again turns the landscape itself into an active artistic element.

A program where sound, nature and technology collide

Eufònic’s 2026 edition brings together a diverse lineup of live shows, installations and performances that explore the relationship between environment and digital creation.

Among the first confirmed highlights:

Nexcyia with visuals by Laia Ferran
Bird Signals for Earthly Survival by Mehmet Aslan & Malo Lacroix
Live performance by Madrid-based composer 413X
The duo Terper and artist La Gore
Closing performances by Mercè

A key novelty this year is La Fila d’Amposta, a new venue dedicated specifically to audiovisual shows, reinforcing the festival’s commitment to immersive experiences.

A triple opening bridging disciplines

The festival will open on July 16 with three unique pieces:

A sonic composition for archers by Arnau Casanoves
A real-time generative visual performance by Alba G. Corral
A large-scale laser installation by Antoni Arola connecting historic towers across the Ebre river

This opening perfectly encapsulates Eufònic’s identity: hybrid, site-specific and deeply connected to territory and memory.

Installations and experimental practices

Beyond concerts, Eufònic stands out for its cutting-edge installations:

Navid Navab presents a robotic pipe organ at Lo Pati
Oriol Parés unveils Esguard, a kinetic audiovisual installation
Laura Ginès explores live cinema activated by piano
Performances by Paula Bruna, Sara Porres and Thinh Truong expand the dialogue between body, sound and identity

The festival also continues its artist residency programs, turning the Delta into a space for research, with creators like Ainara LeGardon, Alba Tormo and Miguel Alejos.

Beyond the main festival: Pòrtic and BotCamp

Eufònic 2026 extends beyond its core dates:

Pòrtic Eufònic (July 9–12): free activities and installation openings
BotCamp (July 2–5, Tivissa): digital art, live coding and experimental labs in a rural setting

These parallel programs reinforce the festival’s role as a platform for creation, education and experimentation.

A unique festival rooted in landscape

Over 15 years, Eufònic has become one of the most singular festivals in Spain, recognized with the National Culture Award 2023. With more than 550 artists and dozens of locations activated over time, its philosophy remains unchanged: curiosity, proximity and deep connection to place.

In 2026, the Delta de l’Ebre once again becomes more than a backdrop — it becomes the instrument itself.

From July 16 to 18, Eufònic transforms the Delta de l’Ebre into a living laboratory of sound, art and technology for its 15th anniversary.
