Pride Barcelona will return in July with one of the largest musical programmes in its history, bringing international pop names, Catalan artists, emerging performers, DJs and drag acts to two outdoor stages in the city centre. The main celebrations will run from July 15 to 18 at Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Lluís Companys, forming the central part of a wider programme of Pride activities taking place across Barcelona from June 27 to July 19.
The opening event will be held at Plaça Universitat on Wednesday, July 15, with a showcase by Metrika, one of the most prominent voices in Spain’s current alternative and urban pop scene. The same square will remain active throughout the following three days, hosting a programme focused on Spanish, Catalan and queer talent alongside comedy, cabaret, performance and electronic music.
Thursday’s programme will feature María Peláe, whose work combines flamenco, humour and social commentary, together with Valencian singer and multi-instrumentalist Sandra Monfort and Catalan pop group Pastora. The bill also includes Ferrxn, Pupi Poisson, Las Pilardos, Vidda Priego, Markos and Joanna Crass, reflecting Pride Barcelona’s continuing emphasis on drag culture, cabaret and performers connected to the local LGBTQIA+ community.
On Friday, Plaça Universitat will welcome Papa Topo, Sombra Alor, Turista Sueca, Karmele & Lydia, Estrella and the Dolls, Clover Bish, Marina and Missla Blank. The larger Passeig de Lluís Companys stage will open the same evening with the festival’s most internationally recognisable act, British electronic group Clean Bandit. Known for worldwide hits including “Rather Be” and “Rockabye”, the band will share the programme with Catalan pop artist Julieta, María Escarmiento and Las Ketchup, whose early-2000s hit “The Ketchup Song” remains a familiar fixture at festivals and Pride celebrations.
Saturday, July 18, will combine music with the political and community dimension of the event. The Pride Barcelona march will depart from Plaça Universitat in the afternoon and finish near Passeig de Lluís Companys, where the final concerts will take place. Before and after the demonstration, the Universitat stage will host Martin, Las Glorias Cabareteras, DJ Ashtattz, Patatas Bravas DJs, Putilatex, Ouineta, Kika Superputa, Megane Mercury, Lady Red Velvet with Paprika Dramasiado and Ken Panada.
The closing programme at Passeig de Lluís Companys will bring together several generations of European and Spanish pop. Beth, who represented Spain at Eurovision in 2003, will appear alongside Italian dance-pop singer Gala, former La Oreja de Van Gogh vocalist Leire Martínez, Selena Leo and Tony Grox & Lucycalis. The night will also include Zahara Rave, an electronic reinterpretation of Zahara’s catalogue, and Belgian Eurodance star Kate Ryan, whose hits helped define the continental club sound of the 2000s.
Under the slogan “All realities, one Pride”, the 2026 edition presents music as both celebration and visibility. By combining major international names with local performers, queer collectives, drag artists and emerging musicians, Pride Barcelona aims to turn the city centre into four days of concerts, protest and shared public space.
Clean Bandit, Gala, Kate Ryan, Julieta and Zahara lead four days of music, drag and queer culture in Barcelona.
