Festival Grec 2016. You will probably have heard a track or two by Cesk Freixas, because he has five albums and more than 1,200 live performances under his belt. His latest release is Protesta, released in 2014, when Ràdio 4 listeners voted it Best Catalan Recording of the Year. Freixas has more than a touch of the rocker about him as he serves up a tight, compact sound to accompany his lyrics, which have turned to protest in this latest stage in his career. In 2015, Cesk Freixas received the Enderrock Award for the Best Music DVD.
