St. Vincent, headliner of the 2018 Vida Festival

The fifth edition of the Vida Festival is here, a festival that has established itself as one of the most attractive in Spain for lovers of indie pop-rock with Anglo-Saxon roots -the passes have been exhausted-, without brutal agglomerations, in a friendly environment close to the beach of Vilanova y la Geltrú and with a musical poster that goes beyond spanish bands like Love of Lesbian, Izal and Sidonie...

Among the main names of the poster are St. Vincent, Franz Ferdinand, Calexico, Iron & Wine, Curtis Harding, Of Montreal, Nick Mulvey, Los Planetas, Josh Rouse or Elvis Perkins among many other artists and groups.

The organization of the festival has also announced a new festival with a "secret" poster. Attendees, a maximum of 1,500, will not know who acts until the group or artists take the stage although it is known that there will be 10 spanish and 10 international groups. It will take place on December 7 and 8 at Finca Mas Solers in Sant Pere de Ribes, not far from Vilanova y la Geltrú (50 kilometres from Barcelona).

Among the latest confirmations of the 2018 Vida Festival are Franz Ferdinand, St. Vincent, Iron & Wine, Calexico, Nick Mulvey, Oso Leone, El Petit de Cal Eril, Medalla and La Plata.

The new bands announced for the Vilanova y la Geltrú festival are Joe Crepúsculo, Maga, Núria Graham and Vulk, for the fifth edition of the festival.
