Stereolab Announces 2025 World Tour and Album Reissue Campaign

The Experimental Pop Icons Celebrate Their 35th Anniversary with Extensive Tour Dates and Special Vinyl Releases

Stereolab, the pioneering Franco-British band known for their hypnotic blend of krautrock, lounge, and avant-pop, has announced a massive world tour in celebration of their 35th anniversary. The band will also reissue seven of their iconic albums, offering fans a fresh chance to experience their groundbreaking music in high-quality vinyl editions.

The 2025 tour will take the band across Europe, North America, and the UK, starting in May and concluding in December. Fans can expect a mesmerizing live experience, as Stereolab is renowned for their lush, layered soundscapes and innovative stage performances.

A Global Trek Through Iconic Cities
The tour will kick off in Europe on May 25 in Brussels, Belgium, at Botanique Les Nuits Botanique, before making stops in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Luxembourg throughout May and June.

After a summer break, Stereolab will begin their North American run on September 13 in Nashville, Tennessee, at Brooklyn Bowl. This leg will feature performances in major cities like Atlanta, Miami, New Orleans, Washington D.C., Boston, New York, Montreal, Toronto, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, and more. The North American tour concludes on November 2 in Dallas, Texas, at Granada Theatre, before the band heads to Mexico City for a performance at Foro Indie Rocks! on November 12.

Finally, Stereolab will return to the UK for a December tour, starting on December 5 in Brighton at Corn Exchange. The UK dates include stops in London, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, and Oxford, with the final show set for December 13 at the O2 Academy in Oxford.

35th Anniversary Vinyl Reissues
In addition to their extensive tour, Stereolab is set to reissue seven of their albums: Transient Random-Noise Bursts with Announcements (1993), Mars Audiac Quintet (1994), Emperor Tomato Ketchup (1996), Dots and Loops (1997), Cobra and Phases Group Play Voltage in the Milky Night (1999), Sound-Dust (2001), and Margerine Eclipse (2004).

These reissues will use remastered audio from 2019 but will come at a lower price, reflecting the band's commitment to making their music accessible to fans worldwide. While these new editions will not include additional demo discs, the bonus material will remain available for digital streaming and purchase.
