Canet Rock 2026 Unveils Lineup for Its 12th Edition With Tickets Nearly Sold Out

The Catalan festival returns to Canet de Mar on July 4 with more than 12 hours of uninterrupted music until sunrise

🗞️ Published: 26 January 2026 · Updated: 26 January 2026

The festival Canet Rock, a flagship event in the live music calendar of the Països Catalans, has revealed the full lineup for its 12th edition, set to take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at the Pla d’en Sala in Canet de Mar. Organizers confirmed that ticket sales are approaching a sell-out, with around 3,000 tickets remaining out of a total capacity of 25,000.

Since its revival in 2014, Canet Rock has consolidated its position as a summer kickoff ritual, blending contemporary Catalan pop, rock and urban sounds in a single-stage format that runs non-stop for more than 12 hours, traditionally ending with the sunrise over the Maresme coast. The 2026 edition reinforces this identity with a lineup that combines established names, festival regulars and new additions making their debut.

Among the headline acts are Figa Flawas, The Tyets, 31 Fam and Ginestà, artists who have become key references for a new generation of Catalan audiences. Their presence underscores the festival’s continued focus on current sounds and evolving musical trends.

Canet Rock 2026 also brings back long-standing favorites closely associated with the festival’s history, including Els Catarres, Doctor Prats, Buhos and Els Amics de les Arts. Their return reinforces the sense of continuity that has helped define Canet Rock as what many artists and fans describe as “the major festival of Catalonia.”

One of the most anticipated moments of the night will come from La Fúmiga, whose performance will mark their farewell appearance at Canet Rock. The group is scheduled to play during the final stretch of the festival, accompanying the audience as the sun rises — a symbolic closing that aligns with one of the event’s most recognizable traditions.

The 2026 edition will also feature first-time appearances by Maria Jaume, bringing her indie-electronic pop to the Pla d’en Sala, and La Ludwig Band, one of the breakout acts of recent years. Several artists are expected to arrive with new material and updated live shows, adding a sense of novelty to a lineup rooted in familiarity.

As in previous years, music will continue between concerts thanks to a rotating lineup of DJs — DJ Trapella, DJ Ernest Codina, DJ K-Zu and Mon DJ — ensuring that there are no interruptions from the first act until dawn.

Beyond the music, organizers emphasize the festival’s broader experience, which includes food areas, shaded rest zones, water mist tunnels to combat the summer heat, and continued commitments to sustainability, public transport access and anti-harassment protocols. According to festival director Gemma Recoder, the pace of ticket sales reflects a strong vote of confidence from the public, often secured before the full lineup is even announced.
