Three of the most active and prominent musicians on the Barcelona scene, Marçal Perramon on tenor saxophone, Camil Arcarazo on guitar, and Giuseppe Campisi on double bass, join forces with Jorge Rossy, drummer and vibraphonist, who has helped put Barcelona on the international jazz map, and is one of the country’s most renowned, prominent, and experienced musicians. The four entered the recording studio a few months ago to record an album of original compositions and standards titled “Somewhere,” released under Barcelona’s historic record label Fresh Sound New Talent. The album presents a personal blend of the aesthetics of jazz’s great figures with a contemporary vision of the genre.
